I see you…

I had what looked like, from the outside, a very successful life.

In my professional career, I scaled businesses to a billion dollars in four ways: revenue, valuation, investment, and acquisition. My career spans the gamut from Analyst to C-Level Executive, from big companies like Microsoft to VC-backed start-ups.

I helped raise $400M in capital over the last 10 years. I led and supported vibrant teams in the chaos of high-growth technology. I am a wife for the past 24+years and a mother of two grown kids.

Through all of this, I struggled with debilitating stress and trauma.

As a child, I experienced severe emotional abuse and neglect. Most of my back and body was in a state of tension brought on by fundamental lack of safety in my childhood. I had trouble sleeping and digesting food properly. I struggled with a toxic inner critic and a pervasive sense of shame.

I wasn’t living an authentic life. I drank too much. I worked too much.

I couldn’t keep going any longer. I needed to change.

I made a commitment to myself.

In 2014, I made a deep and abiding commitment to myself to try everything possible to feel better. And, in the here and now, I am a person with dreams and desires and a purpose. I sleep through the night. I refrain from alcohol. I exercise regularly and have a vibrant meditation practice. I haven’t had a stomach ache in many years.

I healed. I found my purpose.

I have healed from chronic anxiety, insomnia, IBS, and fundamental issues of worth. I moved from a life of surviving to one of thriving and became a certified Trauma Recovery Coach.

I truly cherish my life and I am living into my purpose as a leadership and trauma recovery coach to help others along this path. It is my deepest wish to offer what I have learned so that others may move through these kinds of issues with grace and self-compassion to become the healthy leaders and people they strive to become.

In my coaching practice, I share the valuable lessons I learned through experience, equip my clients with effective tools to overcome challenges, and provide a supportive environment to address the patterns and choices that keep us from our truest selves.

I coach people on their journey to treat themselves well, to drive their own career, to seek joy, and to mindfully make life choices that match their priorities.

I live in ancestral lands of the Nuche people, at the base of Chair Mountain in Colorado, which the Nuche people call “The Seat of The Great Spirit.” I own a retreat center, Chair Mountain Ranch, where I offer my services as a coach digitally and offer my home to hold trainings, retreats, 1:1 intensives, and in-person sessions.

I am a better mother, friend, and coach

“Sayle has a unique way of letting you fall apart as she supports you in putting yourself back together because she knows and believes you can, even before you do.

I have had the blessing of working with her over the past three years. To say that she can hold a person compassionately in pain doesn’t begin to describe the deep wellspring her heart holds for others. I am a better mother, friend, and coach, having been coached by Sayle”
