Transformational Coaching for
Women Leaders

Greenery

Chair Mountain Coaching supports women who need to make brave life changes, address career aspirations, create healthier patterns, and live more successful lives.

Overcome anxiety, self-limiting fear, workaholism, low self-worth, toxic inner dialogue, and depression to become a better leader and a happier person.

Take the time to change

We often feel like our experiences are unchangeable. We say things like “that’s just me being hard on myself” or “that’s just how I am.” We fear failure, making us unable to take the risks necessary to achieve the goals we truly want. We continue our family patterns at work and at home.

We sabotage our ability to succeed.

We sabotage our ability to succeed in our careers and our ability to make and sustain healthy relationships. We can engage in unhealthy behaviors like over-eating or over-drinking. We beat ourselves up. We find it hard to show up authentically or feel the need to stay small.

If we have severe trauma, we might find it difficult to sleep, suffer from autoimmune or other health issues, and have a general feeling of suffering in our lives.

We need and require an investment in ourselves to unlock the potential for a more beautiful life.

Navigate through the suffering into a life of contentment and worth.

We work together to find the way through.

I help clients cultivate true change through my trauma-informed coaching practice. I am a certified trauma recovery coach and utilize the tools of parts work (IFS), sincerity, and body awareness to create a deeply compassionate space where transformation can occur. I also have 20 years experience as a leader in technology and work with the whole person in the personal and professional learning journey of life and leadership.

It’s time to commit to your well-being and empower yourself to live a life worth living.

She is a guide, in full power

"Sayle wields a remarkable and rare ability to be present with you in spaces that had previously felt too tender or scary to face with others. And not simply as a witness but as a guide, in full power"

Offerings

We work together in 6-month to 1-year engagements through in-person or online coaching, There are also opportunities for in-person 1:1 intensives and group retreats.

We begin with a 45-min introductory call to see if we are a good match. From there, we can decide on frequency and timeline for an initial body of work. My sessions are typically 90 minutes and weekly to start, with frequency declining as time goes on. I am not looking for forever clients. My goal is to help you solve your core challenges and realize your needed transformations. After that, I am available as needed.

This is a peer to peer relationship and is client-led. I offer a safe container where no topic is off-limits. I also offer psychoeducation, normalization of the trauma experience, and use different modalities to work through core issues such as parts work (IFS). If you need support to make changes in your life, please reach out.

I highly recommend coaching with Sayle

“I have had the pleasure of being coached by Sayle over the past few years. Sayle has such a warm heart and takes listening to a whole new level. Not only does she listen to the words that are said, but she's deeply hearing the signs that my body gives us intentionally or even unintentionally. She will ask gentle questions as well as hard questions. I don't think I've left a session without having had at least 3 light bulb moments and feeling more empowered to face my challenges and discomforts of life.

Sayle clearly has had a lot of corporate experience, so I can see her being great with corporate clients, but (and) she is deep, soulful, and open. Sayle cares deeply and it shows up in her coaching, as she gives her all. I highly recommend coaching with Sayle. ”

I have walked this path…

Over the last 10 years, I have been on a healing journey from chronic anxiety, profound shame, and worthlessness. And, I am here to tell you that feeling better is possible.

I became a certified Trauma Recovery Coach after being in the corporate world for the last 30 years, growing from an analyst to the Chief Financial Officer in a SaaS start-up. After all the years of healing and my own leadership experience, I offer coaching that combines personal and professional growth. The personal journey is the professional one and we can achieve our goals much easier when we address them holistically.

My practice is named after my home, in Chair Mountain, located in the Colorado Rockies. I offer remote and in person coaching along with 1:1 intensives, trainings, and retreats in my home, Chair Mountain Ranch.

Most beneficial coaching experience of my life

“Working with Sayle has been the most beneficial therapy, coaching, and healing experience of my life. I feel so safe to be my authentic self, even with the ugly, scary parts. She is compassionate, empathic, strong, smart, unwavering, and so very wise!

She asks me tough questions, works with me for answers, helps me see my blind spots, challenges me, and helps me see how and why I think/feel the way I do. This has allowed me to see where I can make changes so that I can stop suffering.

If you are looking for expert, top-quality care from someone who really cares about you, your outcome, and your success, Sayle is the right coach for you.”

Make the time to invest in yourself

We might think that making time to invest in ourselves takes too much time. In fact, the opposite is true. The more we invest in ourselves, the more we have to give, making healthy choices that increase energy and excitement. The more aligned we are with our priorities, the easier it becomes to make choices, helping us feel less torn and conflicted. The more clear and mindful we are in our choices, the less anxiety clouds our experience.

Make a choice to reckon with the stresses and suffering in your life. Progress on the core issues that shadow your life. Reduce the stress, anxiety, symptoms of PTSD, and the health impacts of trauma. Increase the peace, enjoyment, and love in your life.

I am an experienced leader and trauma recovery coach with a wide range of tools to bring in support your journey. I create a safe container where no topic is off limits, with a deep lived experience with trauma and the pressures of life.
